BRIEF

References, measurements, project requirements and deadline.

DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT

The concept and construction are developed according to the selected service.

APPROVAL

The final design or prototype is approved before production begins.

PRODUCTION

The piece is handcrafted individually for the client.

FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY

The remaining balance is paid before collection or shipping.

PAYMENT

Payment terms

100% of material costs + 70% of the agreed work fee

The remaining 30% is paid before collection or shipping. Shipping is calculated separately.

DESIGN APPROVAL

Changes & revisions

Up to 2 design revision rounds are included before final approval when Design Development forms part of the selected service.

Once the final design or prototype is approved, the overall design is considered final.

Major changes after approval are quoted separately and may extend the production timeline.

MATERIALS & CUSTOM ORDERS

Materials purchased specifically for a custom project are non-refundable once ordered or purchased. Payments for design, prototype development and work already completed are non-refundable.

ORIGINAL DESIGN

The purchase of a custom piece does not transfer ownership of Mona Lina's original designs, patterns, prototypes or construction methods.

RUSH PROJECTS

Rush production may be available depending on the project. Rush fee: +25–50%.

Selected creative projects

Selected collaborations are available for artists, performers, stylists, photographers and creative projects. Collaboration conditions are considered individually.
